Our plans include 1GB of disk space and 20GB of monthly bandwidth per site, with "pooling" of disk and bandwidth inclusions across all of your sites. The pooling feature is for billing purposes and based on usage of disk and bandwidth, not CPU, RAM or other resources.
This "pooling" feature means that if you have a 10 Domain plan, you have a total of 10GB of disk space and 200GB of monthly bandwidth available across all of the sites in your account.
Each account receives is provisioned with a limit of 1GB disk and 20GB bandwidth per month, with the option to upgrade the disk and bandwidth limits via self-service within your client area to 5GB disk and 100GB bandwidth per month. Activating this option will increase the disk and bandwidth limits for that specific site and allow you to use more for that specific site.
Provided that your overall disk and bandwidth actual usage (as in disk and bandwidth usage, not disk/bandwidth allocated to an account) within the month is under the pooled limits, no extra charges will apply.
Excess disk and bandwidth above this pooled total limit is charged at:
Disk: 97c per GB per month
Bandwidth: 10c per GB
These excess charges are applied at the end of each month. You can review your usage at any time the disk and bandwidth usage for all sites by clicking on the "Disk & Bandwidth Usage" button in your account.
