Some of our providers use alternative installers to Softaculous that achieve the same result, but just with a different interface.
In your cPanel, if you can't install WordPress using Softaculous and you've done a Ctrl-F to search for it on the page, then try searching for QuickInstall or Installatron instead.
They're different apps that all do the same thing, which are quick installs for WordPress.
