If you want to reset the password for the cPanel/DirectAdmin account, our system has a built in feature to generate a secure new password.
Simply click on the domain in your list of accounts, and choose the "Reset Passwords" feature:
Please note that this will only reset the password for the cPanel/DirectAdmin account that we created. It won't change the passwords of any of the WordPress or other CMS users that exist in your hosting account.
There is also a "Reset All Passwords" button on the homepage of your Customer Dashboard, which can be used to reset the passwords for all of the sites in your account. Again, this will only reset the password for the cPanel/DirectAdmin accounts. It won't change the passwords of any of the WordPress/other CMS users that exist in your hosting account.
